2. advantages
HJ designed a new type for ball valve,
comparing with the traditional contracture,
HJ ball valve sealed the o-ring inside the ball valve body instead of inside the handle.
Which make the ball valve more reliable as all the sealed parts assembled togerther by mould.
The another advantage is that HJ ball valve can remove the handle easily, that make the repairing much convinently,
1. easily to change the handle.
2. easily to add an extra o-ring seal between handle and body in case the ball valve leaked.
3.leakage Quality test
Every piece of HJ ball valve is checked for pressure and leakage before packed .
HJ inspect the quality of ball valve by injecting high pressure air, which is as same pressure as 16pn water pressure, into the ball valve,
keep the air in the ball valve till second day.
4.torque torelence
We improve the mould of size bigger than 2 inch,
the new design ball valve of 2.5 inch and bigger ones can be opened in both two derections,
that means it ask for more instrictly assmeble rooms for all parts.
And the same time the torque is lighter much, the handle is turned smoothly.
